He wasn't afraid of discussing where Stafford was falling short, either. He gave thorough explanations for each of his new expenditures. He is an excellent speaker and easy to follow and listen to.
I loved the "Thank you" and "Duh". We could say that to the Spotsy BOS and current Spotsy (fake) superintendent, as well.
