It's awful to see such blatant corruption. Transparency and integrity should be a top priority - decisions made by SCPS impacts students, teachers, coaches and our entire community. Elected officials must be held accountable and the public needs to stay engaged in demanding ethical leadership for our children and community.

Sadly, I don't think there is anything the division can do to force Phelps and Gillespie to turn them over, since they used their personal cell phones, but maybe the judge can.

The law gives the power to the judge to compel compliance. Courtroom 2, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday the 15th. One must always hope for Justice...

It's a shame that many follow the rules and other choose not to (those in power who bend the rules for themselves). It's unfortunate that it has come to going to court to try and get some clear answers and that it this situation has not been resolved. Very sad that the kids lost both of their coaches

One hopes the citizenry will attend the hearing. Justice, even more so than misery, loves company.

Sadly it's not that easy for some of us to get off of work. I would LOVE to be there, though
