Thanks for the investigative reporting. Stafford has lacked reporting for a long time. We need all the help we can get.
I do want to point out that in 2021 in a 4 to 3 vote Stafford Supervisors rezoned County owned land near the Courthouse for up to 1,500 residential units calling it Downtown Stafford. Some supervisors want to rezone it back to B-3 Office, but it's only one election away from being housing.
