We embrace the convenience of Cowan Blvd from Jefferson Davis Hwy to Carl D Silver Pkwy even if City Council lost the city opportunity to Spotsylvania on the Veterans Hospital project now looking almost complete but not in the city. Things keep getting better for the motoring public to shave time off of needed travel.
