• Approval of Special Entertainment Event Permit: Wild Roots Festival Special Event (Chancellor District)

• Reappointment of Jason Rachanow to the Social Services Advisory Board (Lee Hill District)

Consent Agenda

• Approval of the Minutes of the August 27, 2024 Board of Supervisors Meeting

• Approval of Special Board of Supervisors Meeting - Legislative Reception for Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

• Authorization to Advertise for Public Hearing – To Consider a Request for an Easement on a Portion of County Owned Property TM 49-A-70B from Columbia Gas of Virginia, Inc.

• Authorization for a Public Hearing to Consider the Cable Franchise Agreement Between CoxCom, LLC, d/b/a Cox Communications Northern Virginia, and Spotsylvania County

• Authorization to Advertise for Public Hearing Amendments to the

  County Code related to Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management
